fa تخصیص منابع مرکزی براساس کارایی ارزش در DEA و DEA-R تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL">در این مقاله مدلهای تخصیص منابع مرکزی بر اساس کارایی ارزش&nbsp; در <span dir="LTR">DEA</span> و <span dir="LTR">DEA-R</span> پیشنهاد می شود. به طور کلی اگر داده های ورودی و خروجی واحد های تصمیم گیرنده در دسترس باشند مدلهای <span dir="LTR">DEA</span> علاوه بر کارایی واحد ها، الگوی واحد ها را روی مرکز کارایی معرفی میکنند . اما اگر داه ها فقط نسبتی از داده های ورودی به داده های خروجی یا بالعکس باشند آنگاه&nbsp; مدلهای <span dir="LTR">DEA</span> نمی توانند کارایی و الگوی واحد ها را مشخص کنند. از این رو مدلهای<span dir="LTR">DEA-R</span> مشکل را حل می کنند. مدلهای تخصیص منابع مرکزی با یک مساله برنامه ریزی خطی میتوانند تصویر تمام واحد های تصمیم گیرنده را روی مرز کارایی بدست آورند. از این رو در این مقاله با استفاده از مدلهای <span dir="LTR">CRA</span> براساس کارایی ارزش ( با در نظر گرفتن واحد هایی که مدیر به عنوان <span dir="LTR">MPS</span>معرفی میکند ) تصویر واحد های ناکارا در <span dir="LTR">DEA</span>و<span dir="LTR">DEA-R</span>به دست آورده می شود . در خاتمه مطالعه کاربردی برای شرکتهای تولیدی پوشاک از یک برند خاص ارائه می شود .</p> <p>In this article, centralized resource allocation (CRA) models based on the value efficiency in DEA and DEA-R are recommended. In general, if the input and output data of decision-making units are available, DEA models provide targets of units on the efficiency frontier in addition to the efficiency of units. However, if only a ratio of the input data to output data, or vice versa, is available, DEA models cannot determine the efficiency and target of units. In order to overcome this problem, DEA-R models are utilized. With a linear programming problem, centralized resource allocation models can achieve the projection of all decision-making units on the efficiency frontier. Therefore, in the present article the projection of inefficient units in DEA and DEA-R is achieved using the CRA models based on the value efficiency (considering units that the manager defines as MPS).
