fa منبع‌یابی و تعیین اندازه سفارش یکپارچه چندهدفه دارو با در نظر گرفتن منابع چندگانه و انتقال جانبی در شرایط احتمالی با روش بهینه‌سازی شبیه‌سازی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research در این پژوهش یک مساله یکپارچه انتخاب تأمین‌کننده و سیاست موجودی برای یک شرکت توزیع دارو در ایران با انبارهای چندگانه در مکان‌های مختلف بررسی شده است. در این مساله انبارهای پخش با تقاضای تصادفی دارو توسط خرده‌فروش مواجه‌اند و موجودی داروی خود را توسط یک یا چند تأمین‌کننده برآورده می‌نمایند که در یک مجموعه کاندیدای مشخص با قیمت، ظرفیت، کیفیت و خصوصیات اختلال متفاوت قرار دارند. به‌علاوه انبارها ممکن است به جهت اهمیت موجودی دارو، در صورت مواجهه با کمبود، موجودی‌شان را از سایر انبارهای همکار تأمین نمایند. با این توصیف مساله این پژوهش یک مساله یکپارچه انتخاب تأمین‌کننده چندمنبعی و تعیین اندازه سفارش با لحاظ نمودن انتقال جانبی بین انبارهاست. به‌علاوه، مزایای تأمین چندمنبعی و انتقال جانبی بین انبارها در کاهش ریسک مواجهه با کمبود به علت تقاضای احتمالی و اختلال تأمین‌کننده تاکنون با نگاه کمی در بحث دارو مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است. به جهت NP-hard بودن مدل طراحی‌شده و پیچیدگی سیستم مساله، یک الگوریتم بهینه‌سازی شبیه‌سازی چندهدفه Sim-NSGA-II برای حل مدل ارایه شده است و با حل مدل، اثر اختلالات مختلف، انتقال جانبی و چندمنبعی بودن بر سیستم مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. In this paper, the issue of integrated supplier selection and inventory policy for a drug distribution company with multiple warehouses is examined. In this research, warehouses are faced with stochastic demand and inventory of their medicines is provided by one or more suppliers that are located in a given set of candidates with price, quality and characteristics of the disruption. In addition, warehouses may be able to supply their holdings from other stores due to the importance of the availability of drugs, in the absence of drugs. With this description, the subject of this research is an integrated multi sourcing and lot sizing, with the consideration of the lateral transshipment between warehouses. The benefits of multi-sourcing and the lateral transshipment between warehouses have been described in reducing the risk associated with potential demand and supply disruptions in the research literature, which has so far not been studied with little consideration in the discussion of the drug.
