fa طراحی مدل چند هدفه برای ارزیابی ریسک اختلال زنجیره تامین با استفاده از الگوریتم ترکیبی ژنتیک و شبیه سازی تبرید عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">با توجه به وجود ریسک&shy; های فراوان</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در زنجیره&shy; تامین و هزینه&shy; های بالایی که خرابی&shy; ها بر زنجیره &shy;تامین وارد می&shy;‌‌کنند </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">موضوع شناسایی و ارزیابی ریسک باید در اولویت برنامه&shy; های مدیریت ریسک در سازمان&shy; ها باشد.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> ارزیابی و رتبه &shy;بندی ریسک، برتری هر ریسک را بر اساس شاخص &shy;های مرتبط مشخص می‌کند و در نتیجه امکان ارایه پاسخ مناسب برای هر ریسک فراهم می&shy; گردد. در همین راستا، یک مدل ریاضی دو هدفه با سیاست تامین چند&shy;منبعی و داشتن انتقال جانبی در این تحقیق ارایه می‌شود و ریسک اختلالات زنجیره&shy; تامین ارزیابی می‌گردد. یک مدل ریاضی با تاکید بر کاهش هزینه و مقدار کمبود، با در نظر&shy;گرفتن پارامتر اختلال بر روی زنجیره طراحی می‌شود. مدل با استفاده از الگوریتم &shy;های فراابتکاری ژنتیک و شبیه &shy;سازی تبرید حل می‌شود. در ادامه تاثیر چهار اختلال بر روی هزینه &shy;های زنجیره&shy; تامین بررسی می‌شود و اختلال&shy; ها براساس هزینه&shy; هایی که بر زنجیره اعمال می&shy; کنند ارزیابی و رتبه &shy;بندی می‌شوند. </span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج نشان داد که</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بحرانی&shy; ترین اختلال&shy; ها اختلال مربوط به بلایای طبیعی است.</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها نشان&shy; می‌دهد که رویکرد ارایه شده، چارچوب کارآمدی برای شناسایی پارامترهای موثر و اولویت &shy;بندی ریسک اختلالات زنجیره&shy; تامین می‌باشد.</span></span> Due to the many risks involved in the supply chain, and the high costs associated with damage to the supply chain, risk identification and evaluation should be a top priority in risk management programs in organizations. Risk assessment and ratings determine the superiority of each risk based on the relevant indicators and thus provide an appropriate response to each risk. In this regard, this research has been addressed a two-objective mathematical model with a multi-source supply policy and lateral transshipment approach to the assessment of the risk of supply chain disruptions. A mathematical model, with emphasis on cost reduction and shortage value, is designed by considering the disturbance parameter on the chain. The model is solved using meta-heuristic algorithms, genetic algorithm and simulated annealing.. Next, we investigate the impact of four disturbances on the costs of the supply chain and the disruptions are evaluated and ranked based on the costs involved in the chain. The results showed that disruption of natural disasters was recognized as the most critical disruption.
