fa مطالعه‌ای در مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های اثرگذار در ارزیابی عملکرد بازارهای صادراتی کشورها تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ارزیابی عملکرد کشورها در بازارهای بین‌المللی و سنجش نحوه استفاده آن‌ها از منابع تخصیص&shy;یافته، تصویری روشن از وضعیت مدیریت تجاری کشورها ارایه می‌‌دهد. در صورت اطلاع از وضعیت عملکرد بازارهای صادراتی می‌توان در وضع قوانین تجاری، اختصاص سهمیه‌ها و وام‌ها توسط سازمان‌های بین‌المللی مانند بانک جهانی و سازمان‌های تابعه، حمایت‌های مالی و غیرمالی، اختصاص اعتبار و برقراری مراوده‌های مالی و غیرمالی با چشم‌انداز روشن عمل نمود. </span></span></span>&nbsp;<span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هدف اصلی این مقاله، درک بهتر و بررسی دقیق وضعیت فعلی تحقیقات صورت گرفته در حوزه ارزیابی عملکرد بازارهای صادراتی کشورها و شناسایی شاخص ها و مولفه‌های مورد استفاده در این راستا می باشد. در این پژوهش از</span></span></span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش مرور ادبیات سیستماتیک برای جمع‌آوری و بررسی مطالعات</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> پیشین</span></span></span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بهره&shy; گرفته شده است که با یکپارچه‌سازی راهبردهای جستجوی خودکار و دستی، کلیه مقالات پژوهشی مرتبط منتشرشده در این حوزه در بازه زمانی</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> 1388 تا 1398 برای مقالات فارسی و 2008 تا 2018 برای مقالات انگلیسی </span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پوشش داده شده است.</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نتایج بیانگر آن است که ارزیابی عملکرد کشورها، عمدتاً با استفاده از شاخص‌های اقتصادی صورت پذیرفته است و به معیارهای تولید ناخالص داخلی که بیشتر روی ابعاد اقتصادی عملکرد متمرکز &shy;بوده، پرداخته شده است. از آنجا که این معیارها قادر به تشریح ابعاد غیراقتصادی عملکردی کشور‌ها نیستند، به همین منظور، محققان معیارهای غیراقتصادی از قبیل سطح آموزش، سرمایه انسانی، شاخص‌های زیست محیطی و... را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده‌اند. در نهایت پیشنهاد می‌شود که برای ارزیابی عملکرد بازارهای صادراتی کشورها، به طور هم‌زمان، معیارهای اقتصادی و غیر اقتصادی مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرند.</span></span></span> Evaluating the performance of countries in international markets and measuring how they use allocated resources provides a clear picture of the state of trade management in countries. If there is information about the performance of export markets, you can make clear business rules, allocate quotas and loans by international organizations such as the World Bank and its subsidiaries, financial and non-financial support, allocate credit and establish financial and non-financial transactions with a clear vision. The main purpose of this paper is to better understand and accurately assess the current state of research in the field of evaluating the performance of countries&#39; export markets and identifying the indicators and variables used in this regard. In this research, the systematic literature review (SLR) method has been used to collect and review previous studies. By integrating automatic and manual search strategies, all related research articles published in this field in the period from 2009 to 2019 in Persian and 2008 up to 2018 in English are covered. The results show that countries&#39; performance evaluations are mainly based on economic indicators and focus on gross domestic product standards that focus more on the economic dimensions of performance. Because these criteria are not able to explain the non-economic dimensions of functional performance of countries, researchers have evaluated non-economic criteria such as level of education, human capital, environmental indicators, and so on.
