fa ارایه مدلی برای ارزیابی عملکرد مالی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی با استفاده از ترکیب ANFIS و PSO A Model for Evaluating the Financial Performance of Islamic Azad Universities using the Combination of ANFIS and PSO تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research تمرکز مطالعات انجام گرفته در حوزه ارزیابی عملکرد مراکز دانشگاهی و موسسات آموزشی بیشتر بر شاخص‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی قرار داشته و رتبه بندی های انجام شده برای دانشگاه ها بر اساس این شاخص ها انجام می گیرد. در حالی که امروزه کمبود منابع مالی دانشگاه ها و به خصوص دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، از مسایلی است که بایستی به آن توجه خاصی گردد. بر همین اساس هدف این تحقیق ارزیابی عملکرد مالی دانشگاه ها با استفاده از ترکیب ANFIS و الگوریتم های فراابتکاری PSO بوده است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف تحقیق کاربردی- توسعه ای و از نظر روش انجام تحقیق توصیفی بوده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در سراسر کشور بوده است. حجم نمونه آماری بر اساس جدول مورگان 214 واحد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی انتخاب شده است. روش نمونه گیری نیز هدفمند و در راستای دستیابی به داده های مورد نیاز برای متغیرهای ورودی و خروجی بوده است. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه روش دلفی و اسناد و مدارک موجود دانشگاه استفاده شده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده های تحقیق از روش های دلفی و سیستم عصبی- فازی تطبیقی تلفیق شده با الگوریتم بهینه سازی ازدحام ذرات استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که سیستم طراحی شده با حداقل خطا قادر به ارزیابی و پیش بینی عملکرد مالی دانشگاه می باشد.   The previous studies in the field of performance evaluation of academic centers and educational institutions are more concentrated on educational and research indicators, and the rankings made for universities are based on these indicators; whereas, today, the lack of financial resources of universities and especially the Islamic Azad University (IAU), is one of the issues that should be given special attention. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the financial performance of universities by using the combination of ANFIS and PSO meta-heuristic algorithms. This research has been applied in terms of the purpose, applied-developmental research and descriptive research in terms of method. The statistical population of this research has been all units of  IAU across the country. The statistical sample size was selected based on Morgan's table of 214 units of the IAU. The sampling method was also purposeful and in order to obtain the required data for input and output variables. To collect data from the questionnaire, the Delphi method and the existing university documents were used. In order to analyze the research data, Delphi methods and comparative neural-fuzzy system combined with a particle congestion optimization algorithm have been used. The research results show that the designed system with the least error is able to evaluate and predict the financial performance of the university. عملکرد مالی, الگوریتم, ANFIS, PSO, IAU.
