fa برنامه‌ریزی دبیر-دبیرستان-درس به منظور سازماندهی بهینه دبیران آموزش و پرورش (مورد مطالعه: شهرستان راز و جرگلان) عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">فرآیندهای سالیانه سازماندهی دبیران آموزش و پرورش (تعیین محل خدمت و صدور ابلاغ برای دبیران)، همچنین تنظیم برنامه هفتگی ایشان توسط مدیران به‌صورت دستی و مستقل از سایر دبیرستان‌ها، دو چالش بسیار مهم، پرهزینه و زمان‌بر است. در این پژوهش مدلی مناسب برای مسایل تخصیص دبیران به دبیرستان‌های یک شهرستان و دروس هر دبیرستان به دبیران آن ارایه می‌شود تا جدول زمان‌بندی بهینه حاصل از حل آن، دو چالش اشاره‌شده را مرتفع نماید. پس از گردآوری داده‌های واقعی 101 دبیر و 21 دبیرستان دوره اول متوسطه شهرستان راز و جرگلان استان خراسان شمالی در سال تحصیلی۱۳۹۹-۱۴۰۰، مدل به‌صورت یک مساله برنامه‌ریزی عددصحیح</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">&lrm; ارایه و سپس در نرم‌افزار گمز پیاده‌سازی و اجرا شده است. جدول زمان‌بندی بهینه حاصل، شامل برنامه‌های هفتگی با کیفیت مطلوب برای تمامی دبیرستان‌ها است؛ به‌علاوه، دبیران شهرستان نیز به کمک آن می‌توانند با توجه به امتیاز، شرایط و علاقه خود، دست به انتخاب آگاهانه دبیرستان-برنامه هفتگی بزنند. با استفاده از نتایج این پژوهش می‌توان هم‌زمان با افزایش رضایت‌مندی دبیران و مدیران، و بهره‌وری و کیفیت آموزشی، در هزینه‌های سازماندهی نیز به‌طور چشم‌گیری صرفه‌جویی نمود&lrm;.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Annual processes of determining service location and issuing teaching certifications for teachers in Education, also setting the weekly schedule by the principals manually and independent of other schools, are two very important, costly and time-consuming challenges. In this study, a suitable model for assigning teachers to high schools in a county and courses in each school to its teachers is presented. Solving the model leads to an optimal timetable which can fix the challenges. Gathering real data of 101 teachers and 21 high schools first term in Raz and Jargalan county in North Khorasan province in 2020-2021, the model is presented as an integer programming problem, then implemented and executed in GAMS software. The obtained optimal timetable includes high quality weekly schedules for all schools; Furthermore, using the table, teachers in the county can make an informed choice of school-weekly schedule according to their own rates, conditions and interests.
