fa ارزیابی و رتبه بندی سازندگان قطعات یدکی با استفاده از روش فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (مطالعه موردی: شرکت ملی حفاری ایران) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;">در سال&shy;های اخیر زنجیره تأمین نظر بسیاری از محققین و صنعتگران را به خود جلب کرده است. در بازار رقابتی امروز تولیدکنندگان تنها درصدد بهبود وضع داخلی نیستند، بلکه انتخاب بهترین بازارها و مناسب&shy;ترین تأمین&shy;کنندگان در صدر برنامه&shy;های آن<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>ها قرار گرفته است. عملکرد زنجیره تأمین به فعالیت&shy;های گسترده زنجیره تأمین جهت برآورده کردن نیازهای مشتریان اشاره دارد که شامل قابلیت دسترسی به محصول، تحویل به موقع و موجودی و ظرفیت لازم در زنجیره تأمین برای عملکردی مناسب است. عملکرد زنجیره تأمین مرزهای شرکت را پشت سر می&shy;گذارد، مواد اصلی، قطعات، مونتاژهای فرعی و محصولات نهایی و توزیع آن<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>ها توسط کانال&shy;های مختلف انجام می&shy;پذیرد. در این تحقیق با استفاده از مدل تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (به عنوان روش تصمیم&shy;گیری چندمعیاره)، عوامل با اهمیت در ارزیابی و رتبه&shy;بندی سازندگان&nbsp; قطعات یدکی شرکت ملی حفاری ایران ارائه گردید. مهم<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>ترین شاخص&shy;های به دست آمده بر اساس مقایسات زوجی صورت گرفته توسط خبرگان عبارتند از: تحویل، خدمات، هزینه، کیفیت، توانمندی&shy;های شرکت، انعطاف&shy;پذیری، قابلیت اعتماد و تعهدات اجتماعی. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه مدیران، رؤسا و سرپرستان شرکت ملی حفاری می&shy;باشد که از میان آن<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>ها 120 نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده و بر اساس فرمول کوکران انتخاب گردیدند. بر اساس نتایج، شاخص گارانتی و خدمات پس از فروش بیشترین اهمیت و شاخص قابلیت اعتماد کمترین اهمیت را در ارزیابی تأمین&shy;کنندگان داشتند.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">In recent years supply chains have gained the attention of many researchers & industrialists. Within today&#39;s competitive market, producers are not only concerned with their internal conditions, but the selection of the best markets together with the best providers. Functioning of the supply chain depends on the vast chain of supplies for providing customer needs, which include ease of customer reach, on time delivery and the required capacity within the chain for suitable performance. Functioning of the supply chain leaves the company boarder&#39;s behind. The main materials, parts, sub-assemblies and the final products and their distribution are provided through different channels.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">In this research Analytical Hierarchical Protocol (AHP) the important factors in evaluation and ranking of spare parts manufacturers of National Iranian Drilling Company were identified. The important indicators were identified by experts and through pair comparison. These factors were: delivery, services, costs, quality, company capabilities, flexibility, reliability and social commitment. The statistical population for this research was all of the managers, heads and section leaders of the national Iranian Drilling company.
