fa ارایه مدلی جهت شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل تاثیرگذار بر برنامه‌ریزی مدیریت زنجیره تامین در شرکت خودروسازی سایپا تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">موضوع این مقاله، شناسایی و بررسی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت زنجیره تامین است. این تحقیق در گروه خودروسازی سایپا انجام شده است. خبرگان این پژوهش متشکل از 50 نفر از خبرگان این شرکت در زمینه زنجیره تامین می</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">‌</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">باشند. خبرگان این پژوهش را افرادی تشکیل دادند که یا دارای تحصیلات آکادمیک در زنجیره تامین بوده و یا سابقه کار بیش از 10 سال در این حوزه داشته و از این نظر کاملا در این زمینه کارکنان دانشی می‌باشند و در حقیقت مدیریت زنجیره تامین خودروسازی سایپا به عهده این افراد می</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">‌</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">باشد. با توجه به تعداد محدود خبرگان در این شرکت از روش کل شماری استفاده شد. توجه به این‌که ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مربوط به منغیرهای این پژوهش پرسشنامه بود، تعداد 50 پرسشنامه بین افراد نمونه توزیع شد و در نهایت 39 عدد از این پرسش</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">‌</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">نامه‌ها عودت داده شد. پرسشنامه استفاده‌شده در این پژوهش استاندارد بود. پژوهشگر فرضیات خود را با توجه به عوامل تاثیرگذار شناسایی‌شده بر زنجیره تامین مطرح نمود. این عوامل عبارت‌اند از: قابلیت اطمینان، پاسخگویی، چابکی، هزینه</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">‌</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">ها و مدیریت دارایی. پژوهشگر این فرضیات را با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">smart pls</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> مورد آزمون قرار داد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان‌دهنده تاثیرگذار بودن ابعاد شناسایی شده بر مدیریت زنجیره تامین بودند. از میان ابعاد شناسایی</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">‌</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">شده مدیریت دارایی‌ها بر مدیریت زنجیره تامین تاثیر منفی و معکوسی داشت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">The subject of this research is to identify and investigate the factors affecting supply chain management. This research has been done in Saipa Automotive Group. The experts of this research consist of 50 experts of this company in the field of supply chain. The experts of this research were people who either have an academic education in the supply chain or have more than 10 years of experience in this field and in this regard are completely knowledgeable staff in this field and in fact the management of the supply chain of Saipa Automotive is responsible. These are people. Due to the limited number of experts in this company, the counting method was used. The questionnaire used in this study was standardized. The researcher presented his hypotheses according to the identified influencing factors on the supply chain. These factors include: reliability, accountability, agility, costs and asset management. The researcher tested these hypotheses using structural equation method and smart pls software. The results of the study showed the effectiveness of the identified dimensions on supply chain management.
