fa تحلیل و ارزیابی عملکرد ادوار مختلف مجلس شورای اسلامی بر اساس تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">م<span style="color:black">جلس شورای اسلامی یکی از رکن‌های اصلی قانون‌گذاری است که وظایف عمده آن قانون‌گذاری و نظارت می‌باشد. با توجه به نقش تعیین‌کننده مجلس در جامعه، بررسی عملکرد دوره‌های مختلف و شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف آن می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز بهبود و رشد عملکرد دوره‌های آتی شود. از این رو هدف اصلی تحقیق ارزیابی عملکرد دوره‌های مختلف مجلس شورای اسلامی از دو منظر قانون‌گذاری و نظارتی بر اساس رویکرد تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها می‌باشد. از آن جایی که وظایف و اختیارات مجلس به گونه‌ای است که تمرکز بیشتر بر چگونگی و میزان خروجی‌هایی است که تولید می‌شود تحلیل و ارزیابی بر اساس مدل‌های بدون ورودی با دو هدف افزایش خروجی‌های مطلوب و کاهش خروجی‌های نامطلوب صورت می‌گیرد. علاوه بر بررسی عملکرد دوره‌های مختلف مجلس از منظر قانون‌گذاری و نظارت، میزان تاثیرگذاری عواملی که به صورت غیرمستقیم بر عملکرد مجلس شورای اسلامی نقش دارند نیز مورد تحلیل قرار می‌گیرد.</span></span></span> <span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">The Islamic parliament is one of the main pillars of legislation, which has the main duties of legislation and supervision. Due to the parliament&#39;s crucial role in society, examining the performance of different periods and identifying their strengths and weaknesses can serve as the basis for improving and growing the performance of future periods. Therefore, the main goal of the research is to evaluate the performance of different periods of the parliament from two legislative and regulatory perspectives based on the Data Envelopment Analysis Approach (DEA). The parliament&#39;s duties and powers place a greater emphasis on producing outputs, leading to analysis and evaluation based on input-less models. The goal of these models is to increase desirable outputs and decrease undesirable ones.
