Nowadays, accurate and timely diagnosis of diseases plays a critical role in healthcare systems. Therefore, correctly identifying disease symptoms is essential to ensure that the treatment process proceeds more efficiently and effectively. Previous studies have not thoroughly and comprehensively examined the symptoms related to spinal disorders, which has led to delayed diagnoses, increased severity of conditions, and greater difficulty in treatment. Considering the significant global prevalence of spinal disorders, this study focuses on identifying the clinical features associated with two major spinal conditions: Neurofibromatosis Type 1 and bone infection.To achieve this, the initial symptoms were extracted through a review of previous research, and then, using expert opinions and the three-round fuzzy Delphi method, the final symptoms of these two diseases were identified. The statistical sample included ten randomly selected specialists in spine and orthopedic medicine. From a research objective perspective, this study is developmental and applied, and methodologically, the data collection was conducted in a survey-based and developmental manner. The results indicated that twelve symptoms were identified for Neurofibromatosis Type 1 and seven for bone infection. This study helps physicians make more accurate diagnoses and provide faster and more effective treatment for these two conditions based on the identified indicators.
